Stopped working after a month but the supplier supported the product and returned the money

Update: I was able to contact the supplier and get a refund. While the product didn't work for me, the supplier stood behind their product and did the right thing. I installed the product and it worked fine for about 30 days and then when I opened the sunroof both front windows went down. I have diagnosed a problem with the driver's lock actuator. I swapped it for another device and haven't had any problems since. Also, I cannot return an item. My advice is to buy from another vendor.
