We were hesitant to buy these as they are a bit pricey. Having finally bought it, I have to say my only regret is that I waited so long. These pans combine the best of a non-stick pan with the best of a stainless steel pan! They don't burn and form a brown crust on the meat that you typically can't get in a nonstick pan. The pan heated evenly and the temperature was easy to maintain for browning without burning. I can't comment on the use of metal cookware as my cookware drawer is completely non-stick. At least for now. Also very easy to clean. I will be switching all my nonstick pans to HexClad when they wear out! If you're on the fence - just do it! You're worth it!
