They do the job, but I would have preferred a denser foam. For my papermaking/paperbinding project, the holes in the foam were too big. I attached the paper flowers to the styrofoam with small mother-of-pearl pins and they kept falling out. I had to resort to gluing them all which made the project labor intensive and all the more time consuming. I guess that's what I get for being lazy and ordering online instead of going to the store where you can see what you're actually buying. They did a great job on the project, they just created more work. On the other hand, they were very easy to cut in half with the 2-part GOCHANGE Foam Cutter Pen, 100-240V/15W Foam Cutter Pen. with electronic voltage converter adapter.
