Dishonest Warranty: Heating, Cooling and Air Quality

I am sure it is a good product but the warranty is extremely misleading. Nowhere in the product description on this site does it say I have to sign up for an Allen filter upgrade plan to get a lifetime warranty. Totally dishonest and they should be ashamed. I'll probably send it back, I'm so mad.
