It took me about an hour to remove the old block from my 2002 Grand Cherokee Limited because the last bolt was behind a thick wiring harness and in a position that I could put it in only see with one eye, so didn't feel the depth. After that fight I wasn't hoping to use this one but it only lasted about 10 minutes and the last screw took 7 if those ten minutes. I've evaluated replacements at O'Reilly and Napa, as well as a few online sources, and this one was at least half the price. Haven't seen a louder one (the old block was starting to click, so this one is definitely quieter than the worn block). I can't say for sure if the airflow is the same - I forgot to use my anemometer (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01JOTJMU6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to measure the Check airflow on the old block before deleting. In general, the exchange has been without problems so far.
