Can't believe a Ford dealer would want $313 for this part! The hardest part of the installation is removing the plastic side panel from the seat. The seat recline lever will pop out instantly if you do it right. You don't have to remove the spring clip first, it's designed to pop open when the lever is pushed directly off the shaft.
