Items arrived in a sealed vacuum bag when received so the applicators were badly crumpled. As a result, they were initially unusable, but then after 1-2 days in the air they puffed up completely and are now usable. However, with severe saturation, the microfiber will not stay in place and will begin to clump, resulting in uneven product distribution. I've used similar applicators in the past that didn't bunch up and the fabric moved as much as this brand. But overall it was good value for money.
