I agree with Joe Schmo's assessment. I also did some research and found that there simply isn't any other 12" x 10" basket on the market. In Hawaii, our typical Styrofoam food container is 9" x 9". I also agree that an insulated zippered grocery bag is the way to go for grocery delivery with this basket. Very well made, but protect it as best you can. Possibly Velcro which doesn't cut as easily as zip ties. Now the problem with my order was that after receiving the first one I ordered a second one. When it arrives, I'm totally thrilled because it fits the first bag perfectly. However, there's just no adjustable bottom hook, and I go from delighted to devastated. I will send the second bag back immediately. The replacement is in stock for 3 days and I end up waiting another 9 days to receive a complete second bag that is not exactly the same as the first. This could have been avoided with little quality control. I hope none of you have to go through this. This caused me particular pain because I use baskets for work. After all, this is a high-quality product that is simply unmatched in terms of space and does not impede pedaling in any way. I plan to buy more Green Guru products for my work e-bike.
