Works with 1750 Throttle Body 4150
I used this gasket on a customer's engine (499 Chevy) who liked the 4 hole 1" spacer best on the dyno. Most of the less expensive spacers are for the 1-11/16 throttle body used on the 4779 etc but not for the 950hp used on this engine. This fit and worked perfectly.
