Just what I needed to replace the bottom bracket on my schwinn taff 29er bike. Tried the caveman with a crowbar and hammer and succeeded with the non-powered handle but the power side wouldn't budge. Received this kit for next day delivery and was able to remove both handles. With all the reviews, I was wary of putting too much pressure on the drive pin, so I lubed the threads with plenty of anti-seize and tapped the crank to make it easier to remove (think automatic ball joints). Great tool and worked great for getting cheap bad BB bearings. The hardest part was screwing the 22mm adapter into the crank without a cross thread. Use lots of lube/nonstick and you should be good in the world! The only downside is that the handle was smaller than expected. At 5" length, as the saying goes, "size matters", lol, a little more leverage would have been nice.
