Pizza with skin!

I have never used a pizza peel let alone had one. So I read about the differences between metal and wood and all the pros and cons of different materials. Thanks to this research, I decided on this teak model. As expected, Revain made it available to me quickly and free of charge. I read how to use the scrub for the best results. I recently had a pizza night at my house and tried the bowl for the first time. I put the pizza stone in the oven, sprinkled the bowl with semolina and made the base with fresh dough right on the bowl. I added toppings and then came the moment of truth. I opened the oven door and gave the pizza a little shake, letting it slide gracefully and easily onto the stone. After 12 minutes I sprinkled the bowl with some flour (semolina) and shoveled the pizza off the stone in one fell swoop. .SUCCESS! The pizza was great! (TIP: Don't cut the pizza with skin! The cutter will leave marks/grooves on the surface that may cause the dough to stick.) I cleaned the skin with a damp cloth and wiped it down with a light coat of bees . Wax that is part of the shell. This is a beautiful looking and perfectly working product. I love mine and can't wait for Pizza Night to play again.

  • Like all before
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
