Review on π BelorDesign Pro Ink Eyeliner in Shade 3: Blue by Celina Wang α
I definitely do not advise buying, the product disappointed.
I took an eyeliner for less than 200, but even this price is not worth it. Brush "fan", inside with lumps and dried pieces. I sometimes use it with another thin brush, but this eyeliner is not worth such troubles. Of the merits, I can note a beautiful brown tint without a redhead (+1 star for this). The durability is mediocre, it can crack in two layers, it does not withstand the slightest moisture.
