When I moved, I didn't bring a single piece of cookware. I figured I'd try to get some budget pieces and replace my higher usage pieces. I'll summarize by saying, it was tough. So many pans have good qualities, but are light gauge and warp quick, etc.So let me not bore you, Ninja nailed the basics with this set. Don't misconstrue that with me saying this is "top of the line"; there are cookware sets that have functional improvements for even more $, but they hit the mark with everything it should do.I gave the pans a basic seasoning and everything's been smooth sailing. Eggs with a little oil don't stick, even if I don't move them around or agitate them during the fry. Handle doesn't get hot to the touch. No bowing after usage and washing, which is a huge factor for me. Everything's held up really well and I couldn't be happier.
