The product was recommended to me by my dentist. After trying Tom's yarn I found it to be superior to other yarns on the market in every way. Thick and waxy enough to thoroughly clean even hard-to-reach areas. Doesn't wear out as quickly, which prevents it from getting tangled during dental work. Good taste too. So three thumbs up for Tom. Essential for those who are serious about oral hygiene.
