After reading some of the reviews that said it runs small I was very pleased that it fits very well and has plenty of room to wear underneath. A bit thin on the inner fleece lining, but I get hot even in winter when I'm stabled with horses, so it's perfect for me in normal northern Illinois winter weather. If these are extreme temperatures, it may not be warm enough.
