Not even a year old :(

I hate to report it's not even a year old and my left earbud won't connect I've unplugged and re-paired several times Product 2 stars as I'm sure the right earbud isn't far behind If anyone has a solution how to reset my left earbud /can reconnect I'm listening Thank you we have a winner the sound quality on this baby is outrageous battery life is a winner and the comfort is nice when I'm at home I can leave my phone in the bedroom and go downstairs to the room go.Kitchen and crystal clear knowledge.
