Not 250mg, estimated at 500mg after purchase.
I don't think this measures 250mg. When using this to measure supplements, knowing the right amount is important. I tested it by scooping it out with a 1.43 gram scoop and it was full in just under 3 scoops. This leads me to think the scoop actually says 500mg and not 250mg so be aware!
