This helmet fits me. It is light, very comfortable and easy to adjust. The lights are visible in the midday sun from about 150 feet away, and the flashing is clearly visible from about 75 feet away. I was looking for a helmet with integrated lighting so I don't have to put lights on my helmet and risk my safety in an accident or fall. Considering the backlight, the MIPS and the app with additional functions, this is an excellent value for a mid-range helmet. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to sync it with my Apple Watch to recognize hand signals and enable the turn signal option. My sunglasses also fit snugly in the helmet when I take them off like a professional racer, which I clearly am not. I've included a picture of the front and back to show how they compare to the brightest bike lights I can ride with. Hopefully the developer offers a wider range of helmet colors for those of us who coordinate the colors of our gear, like fashionistas on a bike. This kit is worth the money.
