I bought this product after several weeks of painful decision making. I read numerous reviews on Revain and other sites and settled on this one based on the high ratings, price, and the triple stud mount, which I found desirable for added security considering I'm installing a 55" LCD and have three small children. .I found the instructions confusing and I think the design is poor for the following reasons: 1) Once the TV is in place, it's very difficult to get to the security screws that secure the TV to the wall mount with a long screwdriver, a Flashlight, frail hands and enough space under the TV to work.2) The handles on either side of the brackets that are supposed to allow the TV to be tilted are not accessible when the TV is installed and the TV off the wall, level it and then hang/mount the TV again. In my opinion, this defeats the purpose of having a pen. You might as well have included a nut/bolt or some other mechanism. 3) The tilt range that is stated in the description is not possible according to my previous experience. The mount has already been set to the high-tilt position. When we again removed the TV from the wall and fiddled with the brackets a little more, we found that the bracket couldn't reach the tilted-down position. My TV is securely wall mounted, but it's perfectly parallel to the wall. Another small problem is that the customer service only has regular opening hours. Since I suspect most DIYers complete projects like this on the weekend, it would be nice to have someone available for installation questions on Saturday and Sunday. customization in general. I had to remove the metal plug to remove the pin that turned out to be part of the mount, but the installation restricted all adjustments. It seemed wrong to remove it and the instructions didn't mention it, but otherwise the brace was impossible to adjust. On the plus side, the braces feel sturdy and the price is reasonable compared to other braces. (at your local big box store) of this size and weight, and they included the hardware in a nice package that would probably fit most setups. I do not recommend this item.
