So far this vacuum cleaner has worked very well. The Zero M technology does a great job compared to most others I've bought. Don't expect perfection, but hours of cleaning my hair from the bottom of my others has been eliminated so far. I have a Sable Shepherd dog and a pooch that shed year round so even a short amount of time is a challenge. I am impressed. Well, this is a heavy duty vacuum cleaner, probably because it has high suction power and is a big garbage collector. Nevertheless, strength is required here because of the hair. It moves well and basically fits around things, but the larger size makes it unwieldy and it can't reach everything. However, if I have to move furniture to get under it and I can, I'm there. So I'm still a fan of this vacuum cleaner. This is the first shark I've bought. I'll try to revisit this in a few months when I use it more.
