First class customer service. I don't write reviews very often, however, but I promised I would write reviews because of what they did for me. I ordered one as a Christmas present and it smelled like a perfume box had been tipped over and the entire product smelled to the point that I would be embarrassed to give it to my niece. I contacted support before doing anything else and they emailed me back literally within 2 hours over the weekend! They sent me a new one right away and it was perfect! My niece loved all aspects of it including the ability to attach a phone or action cam to it and use the remote control with her phone. Great product and great customer service. I wish all companies were like them and put the customer first! Excellent work! And no, I'm not affiliated with them - I hate those reviews.
