Good quality power strip that offers ample protection for your expensive electronics. The 4 green "energy-saving outputs" are triggered when the blue output is energized. I plugged my Marantz amp into the blue outlet and the subwoofer into one of the green outlets. I turn on my Marantz, then the power strip directs power to my subwoofer AMAZING! I haven't encountered any issues with current limiting during operation, so this is much better than relying on my subwoofer to automatically detect it. I plug my HD tuner into red "always on" jacks so it doesn't lose memory presets. This strip provides 2175 joules of protection for your gear. It also filters out noise above 100kHz from the AC power supply. Oh, this is my second device from this company, very good quality.
