Soft, nice design, a bit slippery

I needed a small rug for the hallway to put wet or dirty shoes. It's a beautiful boho design and the rug itself is very soft for my bare feet. As other reviewers have pointed out, the backing isn't "sticky" enough to prevent slipping. It's not a big problem for me, but my cat loves to play with it and nudge it. It also took a long time to smooth out the wrinkles. The rug came folded, not rolled, so it had noticeable creases. After a few days everything looked fine. Love the fact that it's machine washable so I can clean it every once in a while although I haven't tested that yet. All in all a good carpet.
