I love that it's so user friendly! It was easy to get started with my therapist using it as well. Sometimes when searching things are hard to find but other than those little glitches this has been smooth sailing!! We have had no issues thus far - just minor hiccups here or there which were easily fixed via email communication from their team. The ability to share files directly between therapists helps make our workflow much smoother since they don't need to be e-mailing me back and forth about something important (which happens often!).
