Quality check! Brides hat ripped

I love these and felt like they are well made however brides hat ripped completely day of bridal shower so I was very sad And embarrassed but others seemed in good condition I can’t return cause I have as gift otherwise I would, return them! I Think this could’ve been avoided with just a quality check of the stitching because it was the whole circle part came off.
