I used this heatsink with my Western Digital SN850 and it fits PS5 perfectly. So far everything seems to be working, no problems. Here are my M2 SSD assembly tips: 1. Wipe both interior surfaces of the heatsink with isopropyl alcohol to ensure they are clean.2. Remove the foil from one side of one of the thermal pads and stick it to the bottom of the heatsink.3. Cut a small sheet of thermal pad where the screw hole is.4. Repeat step 2 and attach another thermal pad to the bottom of the top heatsink.5. Without removing the foil on the other side of the thermal pad, assemble and check the fit. Make sure no part of the thermal pads is interfering with the screw or electrical connector.6. Please check which side of your M2 SSD needs to be top/bottom to connect PS5.7 properly. If everything looks good, remove the protective film from the other side of the thermal pad and do the final assembly. Use a little pressure to squeeze everything together while inserting the screws. To put everything in PS5, follow the video published by Sony. Very easy.
