I've been working with resin for about 4 years and have tried different types. I've been a big fan of liquid diamond resin, but lately I've been struggling with transparency, so I decided to try this resin. When I first started using this I realized how thick and bubbly it is compared to liquid diamond so I was a bit hesitant. I also read reviews that it didn't heal within 24 hours so I was a bit nervous. As it turns out, the slow curing time is an added bonus, giving you extra time to pop and remove microbubbles. Setting your room to a high heat setting allows the temperature to work to remove bubbles and harden the piece. These necklaces were fully cured within 24 hours in a 81° room. I found the resin very easy to use, although the bubbles were a bit annoying (I'm not surprised at how thick this resin is). I absolutely love this resin and can't wait to try it on my big hunks! These cockpits were crystal clear, rock hard, shiny and had no transparency issues. I highly recommend! The person who ordered these necklaces is also in love with the end product. Not only does this resin work great, it is also more affordable compared to other resin brands I have tried. I will update my review once the big dome is done.
