Last winter I bought a small size (6-6x) for my daughter who was 4 years old at the time. They were just big enough. This year I bought a medium size (7-8) for my daughter who is now 5 years old (and still tall) but the medium sizes are a little shorter than I was hoping. I think a larger size would be better. However, they held up well to skiing, held up well to washing, held up well to drying. Also, there was a stain on the pants when I bought them last year, but the seller immediately replaced them with no problems. Would definitely buy again just remember to choose a few sizes.
