Gives me a significant amount of energy, works great for me, basically fails and definitely doesn't cause sleep problems. ordered two from different sellers, one arrived exactly as described in the photo, the other with a plastic cap, after trying them for a while I found that the one with blue was less intense than the original one, for example a spoon one Metal cap equals two measuring spoons with plastic lids.
