Hello, as already mentioned, the hard drive is noisy. If you are watching TV or playing or listening to music, you may not be able to hear them. I have two of them, 12TB each. Less than a month later I first noticed a noise from one of them and then the same thing from the second. When the Xbox turns off, two hard drives start spinning every 4 minutes and end with a loud click. I considered returning them because the clicking disk will fail sooner or later. This has happened to me before with internal hard drives. I don't know why Xbox keeps them on, Playstation doesn't do it with the same discs of the same brand, Playstation turned them off completely. I hope this isn't a sign that they will stop working in the near future, otherwise I'll claim the 3 year warranty. Everything else is alright. That's why I deducted a star.
