The best thing about target dashboard is that it has all the features of a complete business intelligence suite, like dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, reports etc.It also offers many other tools which are great to use.The UI needs some work.

It can be improved by adding more options and buttons so that users don't have to go through multiple screens to get what they want. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a complete business intelligence suite. We are solving our employee performance management problems with target dashboard.
