I like how easy it is to setup and configure and that you can easily add new features with a few clicks. The dashboard looks great and provides good insight into what your teams are working on. It's quick to see the number of tasks completed in a day, week or month. You can't use the same filters across different dashboards so this makes it difficult when trying to compare performance between multiple projects. I like that it can be used to create dashboards with multiple views, which makes creating reports easier than other tools in this price range (such as Tableau). The best thing about target dashboard is that it has all the features of a complete business intelligence suite, like dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, reports etc.It also offers many other tools which are great to use.The UI needs some work. It can be improved by adding more options and buttons so that users don't have to go through multiple screens to get what they want. The best part I like most about this product it's user interface.The dashboard layout is super easy to learn, configure and use in order to create an attractive and informative reports that will help us make informed decisions. Sometimes i have difficulties in updating my dashboard, however they do respond immediately and get things fixed. There are other products available out there with more features but if you're looking for ease of use then definitely go for target dashboard. It has helped
