I like how easy it is to setup and configure and that you can easily add new features with a few clicks. The dashboard looks great and provides good insight into what your teams are working on. It's quick to see the number of tasks completed in a day, week or month. You can't use the same filters across different dashboards so this makes it difficult when trying to compare performance between multiple projects. Also, sometimes the dashboards don't refresh straight away. This slows down the process of seeing the status of each project. We're using target as an internal tool to measure and manage our work. It gives us visibility into what we've done and allows us to assign tasks to team members and track progress.
