Failed after 2 months
Failed after only 2 months of use. When connected to my computer, the system does not recognize it and cannot open it. Tried every single 'fix' I could find online. Nothing helped and I lost important files. Luckily they were saved elsewhere so I only lost recent changes. I will not buy again.
