There are V-shaped exhaust flanges, and there are these. Beautiful stainless steel details. I have four in total. I TIG welded one side to the end of the stainless steel manifold with no problems. Other flanges I looked at didn't have fittings as thick/deep as this one. Expensive but I am very satisfied.
- V-Clamp flange assemblies are a popular and effective alternative to traditional flanged or slip-fit tube connections. They perform very well under operating conditions involving stress, vibration and extreme temperature fluctuations.
