Review on Gabriel 49205 Shock Absorber Set - Pack of 2 by Jessie Drury

Update! Today I found a set of air hoses from Gabriel on my doorstep. Finally they came and provided me with spare parts! Although a confirmation from my email telling me what they will do would be nice. Here is my problem. I ordered a Gabriel Hijacker kit for the back of my Ranchero. I only install them to find that in the "T" air fitting the Schrader valve is being pushed so far into the fitting that it will not work. I can't even access it with a remover and corrupted it in the process. (It's plastic!) I contact Gabriel Customer Service hoping they will send me a new faucet. I was told that she could not help me on the phone and that I would need to contact customer service via email. So I do and that was almost a week ago and still no reply! I've since bought an extra set of pneumatic fittings to get a new T-connector. I also ordered a pair of front shock absorbers for the same car, but don't you know that after installing it I found that I only had mounting hardware and bushings for one shock absorber? So we go to the auto parts store to get spare parts. I really hope these shocks perform better than the quality control and customer service I've seen so far, which is way below what I expected from this company.
