Review on 🚗 ISSYAUTO Center Console Cover: 08-12 Accord Lid Armrest Replacement by Paul Abs

As you can see from the picture, our 2012 Honda Accord trunk lid has seen better days. The dealer told me they don't sell replacement parts and suggested I search the internet. As this was the recommended replacement and the reviews look good I ordered a replacement and was excited at the prospect of getting a new center console that didn't look like elephant skin. The item arrived quickly and I followed another reviewer's recommendation. screws through the holes before attempting to install them. Whilst this helped there was also excess fabric covering the holes which I had to trim off, hopefully this wouldn't affect the integrity of the fabric. I was able to install this at night with minimal difficulty. I had problems with one screw not fitting the hole and didn't feel like loosening all the other screws to find the reason. I suspect I didn't cut the fabric enough at this hole. I'll try again in daylight. The fabric looks great compared to the crumpled old fabric and should hold up to my teenager's sweaty hands.
