I had trouble starting the camera at first. I used the connector for a pre-wired camera on a caravan. Unfortunately, the red and black wires weren't positive and negative as is usually the case. The construction team must have had a bad day. I called camera support and they immediately sent me a new camera and monitor. After the replacement came, I discovered a wiring problem. After correcting the polarity problem, the camera worked very well. Can't say enough good things about the support team. They will do their best to support their product. I say buy with confidence
