The quality is good and beautiful

Size 16. I bought this for my 10 year old daughter at a piano recital. She will be 11 in 3 months and the dress fits perfectly. It's a little small, above the knees, probably because my daughter is tall. The quality is good and beautiful.

Pros

Fits very well and got many compliments on the dress. Very nice.

Cons

The waist belt can be uncomfortable or constricted
