Exactly as described and what I was looking for

I need a charger that will charge my Surface 3 Pro and other high power electronics. I need a USB-C output so that I can connect it to Aukey's universal USB hub/dock, which has USB-C input/output ports, as well as USB-A 2.0 and 3.0 ports, HDMI, Ethernet , SD card reader ports and all standard ports. You will see on the dock or hub. I plugged this power adapter into a USB-C power port and all the output ports worked great whether powerful devices were connected or not. Love it!
