Don't buy a bike without a luggage rack!
The basket itself is perfect for my dog. I'm giving 4 stars because I've tried everything to make it work smoothly on my bike. I had to order the proposed rack as perfect. My dog is 14 pounds, a rat terrier. If your dog is smaller, you can use a smaller basket without a frame. This is enough for her to change her position. Perfect for what I felt we needed. Good times are ahead for cycling this summer. Holly is 12 years old and loves adventure. Wow!
