As others have said this works great. We no longer get free oil changes on our Sienna, so I take that responsibility. I have tried everything to remove the filter element but to no avail. The slots on the edge of the tool engage the cartridge's "ears," and with the help of a 1 1/16" socket and a long 1/2" pry bar, I was able to easily remove the cartridge and replace the filter . I'm glad I found this at Revain Prime and was able to complete my oil change.
