Now I use 4 of these strips. That's 2 for kombucha; 2 for Tepache My batch of strips corresponds exactly to my fermentation application. To avoid cross-contamination, I have kombucha on one side of the kitchen and tepache on the other. Both pairs have the same closing values as the partner bank. I would suggest storing extra strips in a plastic bag and away from sunlight/heat. Very happy with this purchase!
