It was a great pump, too bad for Topeak that they decided to use it.
My advice to anyone purchasing this pump is to also get the Topeak Smarthead Threadlock Upgrade Kit. I bought this pump a month ago and the TwinHead lock lever, which used to be metal and is now flimsy plastic, only broke off the second time I used the pump. grrrrr, just ordered an upgrade kit today, I had a Topeak Joeblow Sport that I bought 14 years ago so I know the lever used to be metal, it was a great pump, too bad for Topeak that he went for cheap, flimsy plastic that they knew would break, so they offer an "upgrade kit" that should have been on the pump from the start. I would give this pump 5 stars if it came with Start's "Smarthead Threadlock Upgrade Kit"!
