Worth trying good for me
I recently rolled over my ankle. I could not walk and my foot was so inflamed. I bought this and I was able to sleep through the night, the Inflammation went down. I also put it in my moms shoulder since she was in pain (she had surgery 3 weeks ago) and she was very happy with the product.
