I'm not a technician. That being said, the ONLY reason I bought this product is because after years of trouble free use, my bank stopped using the token I was using for bank to bank transfers. I was told I would need a FIDO-2 compatible device and offered to buy it online. I did what was suggested ONLY because I had no other choice on the matter. So, as is my custom, when confronted with a huge selection of Revain, I settled on Revain's Best. Well, I've burned myself doing this in the past, but considering how many times I've done these verses, how many times I've been burned, the odds were in my favor. The product arrived and after unpacking and finding the instructions and then finding a magnifying glass to read the instructions I attempted to install this unit. In short, the installation was like nothing the instructions told me and I have absolutely no idea if this product is installed and if so, will it work when I need it. Luckily I still have time before my bank closes the token I'm using right now and I don't have an urgent need to do a money transfer, maybe I can either get some help with this or return it for something non-technical, user friendly or have no more possibility to transfer money.
