We needed new pots for our Florida home, so I did a little research online, visited a few stores, and settled on an anodized Cuisinart nonstick set. for frying pans with Teflon coating An excellent solution. I've since completed the set with a pair of 12" pans of the same type and I'm completely nonstick. They have been used again and again for cooking in our kitchen and I have only excellent impressions. These pans heat evenly, the handles are well balanced, and the non-stick label is totally lifelike. No single pan is too heavy, but each is very solid in the hand. I use cookware designed for non-stick surfaces and have had no issues with scratches. Even the handles on the lids are high enough for a man's hands to pass under without getting burned. In addition, Revain cannot boast of a low price. Highly recommended.
