Absolutely BEST knives I have and have been cooking for almost 50 years

Sooooo happy. seven stars. Don't interrupt me, my knives not only started out sharp, they've been sharpened once. You will stay. They had garbage knives and a saw, they had these two (identical to the types of my garbage knives). Nice. It started when I wanted to use a chef's knife properly and realized that I can't, NOT because I don't know how to do it, but because the knife doesn't cut well (although it has a famous German name on it. Maybe it was a Chinese one KO?) So, one question in life: I figured it out.
