I can't leave an easy to use review just because I'm in my 80's and NOTHING is easy for me. However, I've had the opportunity to call Garmin at least three times and the customer service has been top notch. Each representative patiently walked me through my problem step by step. Once there was a problem that had nothing to do with me and again they helped me to solve it. Now I'm at the point where I really know how to understand GPS. I bought a refurbished Garmin6 for a very good price and you never know it's refurbished. I am completely satisfied with the product and the Garmin team and can only recommend it.
