These shirts are fantastic, especially* for the price. If you like tight sports shirts I would recommend size XS. I'm 5'11" 155 lbs and a size XS fits me perfectly. Tight around the arms and chest and looser in the front/stomach for breathability. They are EXTREMELY stretchy so even if you're a bit taller than me , you will be ok if you want a snug fit the XS will fit you otherwise I would not choose size S anymore unless you are looking for something looser anyway great shirts and they are nice and cool !
